THE VAMPIRE'S COFFIN

A coffin for Halloween, what could be more appropriate for a vampires home? For our annual Halloween party, we place a toe-pincher coffin on a low table just inside the front door with a flickering candle-piece at each end as our party centerpiece. Dressed in complete vampire attire, I lay in the coffin and greet our guests as they arrive. Below are a few of the coffins available for your Halloween pleasure.

This classic Toe Pincher style coffin was used during the Old West and just about everywhere else for that matter, and was the kind of rough wood that coffins were made of the world over for most common folk.

This great looking coffin measures approximately six-feet long and is perfect to put a costumed person, skeleton or other prop in. This casket is meant for funeral viewing, and not actual burial. These economical caskets are built with a wooden sub-frame, compressed corrugated walls, felt covering, and real handrails make this casket ready for the afterlife. Also includes satin linings and pillows.

The Party Coffin measures six feet long and made of standard heavy-duty cardboard. At $39.99 it is the least expensive option for a Halloween coffin, but remember, its only cardboard. Some assembly is required. Available at most Halloween stores during the season.
